Every residence is governed by a credentialed administrator who owns licensure, staffing files, medication audits, and incident reporting — the discipline of a 200-bed facility applied to a six-resident home.
We build to GA DCH Chapter 111-8-62 requirements: written care plans, staff training hours, fire-drill logs, and resident rights postings kept inspection-ready year round.
Residents are not rotated through a floor pool. Consistent assignment means a caregiver notices the small change that precedes a fall or an infection.
Standing relationships with home health, hospice, and geriatric psychiatry partners in DeKalb and Gwinnett so acuity changes do not force a move.
A written weekly update: meals, mood, medication changes, appointments, and anything we would want to know if it were our parent.
