This website describes services offered by Anderson Elderly Residences Inc. Nothing on it constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice, and reading it does not create a care relationship. Care begins only after a written assessment and signed residency agreement.
Pricing and availability
Monthly rates shown are starting figures based on assessed acuity and are current at the time of publication. Your written assessment governs actual pricing. Room availability and waitlist position change frequently; the figure or opening described on a page may no longer be accurate when you read it.
Licensure statements
We operate as a licensed personal care provider in the State of Georgia. Statements about licensure, inspections, and staffing describe our current operations. Homes described as in development are not licensed to accept residents until licensure is granted, and we will say so plainly in every conversation.
Testimonials and stories
Testimonials reflect the experience of individual families. Case studies are real accounts published with family permission, with names and identifying details changed. Individual outcomes vary with diagnosis, acuity, and circumstance.

By submitting a form you confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share details about the person you are inquiring for. Do not submit information about a third party you have no authority to represent.
