Privacy Notice
Families share the most sensitive details of their lives with us. This page explains exactly what happens to that information.
What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you send us: your name, phone number, email address, and the details you choose to share about your loved one's situation. We also collect standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring site, and approximate region, used to understand which pages help families.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule a tour, send a requested guide, or deliver the monthly newsletter you subscribed to. We do not sell, rent, or trade family contact information, and we do not share it with lead-generation networks or referral brokers.
Health information
Clinical details shared with us during an assessment or admission are treated as protected health information. Access is limited to the administrator and the caregivers responsible for that resident's care, and records are retained for the period Georgia licensure requires.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your cookie choice, one to remember light or dark appearance, and privacy-respecting analytics to count page views. Declining analytics cookies does not limit any part of the site.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents may additionally request disclosure of categories collected and opt out of any sale of personal information — we do not sell it. Email us to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within 30 days.
Retention and security
Inquiry records are retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Resident records are retained as required by Georgia Department of Community Health rules. Information is stored on access-controlled systems and physical records are kept in locked storage at the residence.
