Personal Care Home

Assisted Residential Living

Daily living support — bathing, dressing, medication administration, meals, and mobility — inside a real Georgia home with no more than six residents.

Outcomes

  • 1:3 daytime caregiver ratio, awake overnight staffing

A completed physician's report (Form DMA-6 or equivalent), current medication list, and a negative TB screening within 12 months.

Transitional Support

Short-stay placement for families discharging a loved one from a hospital or rehab facility who need 30–90 days of professional oversight while long-term plans are settled.
